Hardin Bar & Grill is looking for an experienced
Bar Manager to lead our front-of-house operations in our open-air venue in Balibago.
We’re looking for someone who can take full ownership of the floor — ensuring smooth service, leading the team, and delivering a consistently excellent guest experience.
🔥 Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily bar and floor operations during service
- Lead, train, and manage front-of-house staff
- Ensure high standards in customer service and guest satisfaction
- Handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently
- Manage staff scheduling, flow of service, and overall atmosphere
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and service quality at all times
Âœ… Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in bar, restaurant, or hospitality management
- Proven experience leading and managing front-of-house teams
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Based in or willing to relocate to Angeles City / Pampanga
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
