Role: Operations / Back Office Admin Assistant
Working Hours: 40 hours per week (Mon - Fri) Flexible UK hours (with 5 hour overlap)
Salary Range: $1000 - $1300 USD per month (The final offer is at the client’s discretion and depends on the candidate’s interview result, skills, and experience.)

Key Responsibilities
- Take over admin workflows, and form submissions
- Synthesizing and problem-solving to fill in gaps in the company's CRM, by going through files and documents to compile missing information.
- Adapt to evolving tasks as the company automates certain processes
- Contribute ideas to improve processes or automate repetitive work
- Remove low-level admin burden from senior team members
- Stabilize operations while the company continues to scale and hires senior UK-based talent separately
- Ad-hoc duties
Qualifications
- 2-3 years experience in a relevant administrative / operation role
- Familiarity with Google Workspace tools like Google Chat
- Proficient in HubSpot (familiar with workflows or reporting a plus)
- Experience with the Google Suite
- Able to synthesize information, problem-solve, and fill in gaps in data / documentation
- Demonstrate total reliability by meeting every deadline and taking full ownership of your work.
- Willingness to learn, adapt to change, and take initiative to improve processes
- Maintain sharp attention to detail to ensure all tasks are accurate and error-free.
- Communicate with clarity and professionalism, making complex information easy for others to understand.
- Solve problems independently by using your "figure-it-out" factor to find solutions without constant direction.
- Exhibit a growth mindset by mastering core tasks quickly and taking on more advanced responsibilities over time.
Preferred
- Familiarity with home services, construction, or similar technical industries
- Experience using tools like Loom to document processes and share information
