Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a
Project Coordinator or Project Manager to join our Delivery Management Center for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Ukraine.
You will report to DCMs, the VP of Delivery, and other departments with which you will collaborate.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Project/Delivery Coordinator in IT outstaffing/outsourcing companies with international clients.
- Experience in working on the RFPs.
- Basic skills in people management.
- Good communication skills and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment with multiple teams.
- High self-motivation and ability to motivate others.
- Understanding of software production technologies.
- Strong written and oral skills in English.
- Willingness to overlap with the US if needed (till 9 pm EEST).
Responsibilities
- Manage the coordination of 10 to 15 projects simultaneously.
- Identify new opportunities for client collaboration.
- Provide a selection of candidates who meet the requirements.
- Gather project feedback from clients, teams, and developers.
- Monitor of people's morale/satisfaction.
- Resolve people management issues.
- Communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Perform reporting.
- Work on the RFPs.
- Project management of short-term small BTO project(s).
