Responsibilities

Lead and oversee all accounting functions, including general ledger, month‑end/year‑end close, tax compliance, and financial statement preparation.
Ensure timely and accurate financial statements in compliance with GAAP, IFRS, and company policies.
Design, implement, and maintain strong internal controls, accounting systems, and compliance frameworks.
Oversee regulatory and statutory reporting, including all tax filings and related disclosures.
Review and manage tax returns prior to submission and payment.
Lead and manage BIR tax audits, assessments, and related correspondence.
Implement tax plans, strategies, and accounting policies to optimize compliance and tax efficiency.

Qualifications

Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
Certified Tax Consultant is an advantage
At least 8–10 years of combined accounting and tax experience
Well‑versed in the latest accounting technologies and systems.
Experience in the F&B industry is a plus
Proven team leader with the ability to manage, coach, and motivate an accounting team
