Job Responsibility

  • Delivering the Software Engineering services in the areas Microsoft Infrastructure Support services Coordinate with DSMA team in Bahrain office for support tasks
  • Coordinate with local ISP in case of any performance issue
  • End-user support for laptops & company provided mobile phones
  • Datacenter maintenance & periodic GENSET/UPS testing
  • Work on ServiceNOW tickets and resolve them within SLA

Job Qualifications & Experience

  • Expert in macOS, iOS, Windows, Active Directory, DNS, VPN, IP configuration, Service Nowticketing systems, and Microsoft 365 applications
  • Demonstrated ability to resolve complex technical issues, support business-critical systems, and mentor teams
  • Promoted to Mentor role at Concentrix based on technical excellence and leadership

Job Skills & Competencies

  • Operating Systems: macOS, iOS, Windows 10/11, Linux
  • Networking: DNS, TCP/IP, DHCP, VPN, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi Troubleshooting
  • Apple Support: macOS & iOS Diagnostics, Xcode Crash Log Analysis
  • Directory Services: Active Directory (User Creation, Access Management, GPOs)
  • ITSM Tools: ServiceNow (Incident, Problem, Change Management)
  • System Administration: OS Installation, Configuration, Patch Management
