Core Responsibilities

  • Active Sourcing: Use LinkedIn, Indeed, and social media to find potential candidates who meet our job requirements
  • Resume Vetting: High-speed review of inbound applications to identify top-tier matches based on specific criteria
  • Initial Screening: Conduct high-volume, 15-minute "discovery calls" to verify basic qualifications, interest levels, and availability
  • Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule follow-up interviews between successful candidates and Hiring Managers
  • Pipeline Management: Keep our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) clean and updated, ensuring every candidate receives a "thank you" or a "next steps" notification

  • Entry-Level Growth Mindset: 0–1 years of experience. This is a great role for recent grads or those looking to pivot into HR
