What You’ll Own
You will be the person who makes sure providers are credentialed, services are authorized, and nothing falls through the cracks.
- Manage the full credentialing process from start to finish
- Verify patient insurance benefits accurately and quickly
- Secure prior authorizations for ABA services
- Handle out-of-network billing when needed
- Communicate directly with insurance reps to resolve issues
- Track and maintain clean, accurate records
- Follow up on pending applications and approvals
- Ensure compliance with payer requirements
- Work closely with internal teams to keep onboarding smooth

What You Bring
- Strong experience in ABA credentialing, VOB, and authorizations
- Deep understanding of insurance workflows and payer requirements
- Experience working directly with insurance companies (calls + follow-ups)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks without losing attention to detail
- Clear, professional communication
Bonus:
- Experience with out-of-network billing
- Familiarity with insurance processes in Indiana and New Jersey
