Job Description: Filipino First Inc., a leading institution in the banking industry committed to excellence in education and professional development, is seeking an experienced Faculty member to join our Education Department. The ideal candidate will have between 5 to 10 years of experience in education and training services, specializing in teacher education and professional development. This role involves delivering high-quality instruction, developing curriculum tailored to banking and financial services, and fostering an engaging learning environment that supports the growth and development of future banking professionals. The candidate will also contribute to research initiatives and collaborate with industry experts to ensure that educational programs remain relevant and innovative.
Main Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive curriculum and training programs focused on banking and financial services education.
- Facilitate classroom and online learning sessions, employing innovative teaching methodologies to enhance student engagement and comprehension.
- Assess and evaluate student performance through assignments, examinations, and practical assessments to ensure mastery of subject matter.
- Collaborate with industry professionals and internal stakeholders to align educational content with current banking industry standards and practices.
- Conduct research and contribute to academic publications in the field of education and banking to support continuous improvement and thought leadership.
- Mentor and guide students in their academic and professional development, providing career advice and support.
- Participate in faculty meetings, curriculum review committees, and professional development workshops to maintain and enhance teaching effectiveness.
- Develop and implement assessment tools and feedback mechanisms to continuously improve course delivery and student outcomes.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and regulatory changes in the banking sector to ensure course content remains current and compliant.
- Support the department in accreditation processes and quality assurance initiatives to uphold educational standards.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or higher in Education, Banking, Finance, or a related field with a focus on teacher education and professional development.
- Proven track record of at least 5 years teaching experience in banking education or related financial services training.
