- Project Planning and Execution
Lead and manage store opening, renovation, and expansion projects for department store shop-in-shops (SIS).
Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans aligned with business targets.
Ensure all projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with brand standards.
- Store Design and Submission
Prepare and submit perspective designs, layout plans, and technical drawings for ANTA, Salomon, Wilson, Skechers, and 2XU for department stores.
Ensure all designs align with each brands global guidelines and department store requirements.
Coordinate revisions, approvals, and final sign-off with stakeholders.
- Coordination with Department Store Head Office
Liaise with department store management (e.g., SM, Robinsons, etc.) for approvals, permits, ingress/egress schedules, and compliance.
Ensure adherence to mall and department store fit-out guidelines and timelines.
Attend coordination meetings and provide regular project updates.
- Supplier and Contractor Management
Source and coordinate with fixture suppliers, contractors, and service providers.
Negotiate costs and ensure cost efficiency without compromising quality.
Monitor delivery schedules, fabrication, and installation of fixtures (racks, gondolas, wall bays, branding elements, etc.).
- Project Implementation and Site Management
Oversee on-site construction, installation, and store setup for department store.
Ensure proper execution of flooring, lighting, signage, and fixture installation.
Conduct site inspections and resolve issues to ensure smooth turnover.
- Visual Merchandising Management
Lead and implement visual merchandising standards across all ANTA, Salomon, Wilson, Fitflop, and Skechers stores.
Ensure consistent brand presentation, product display, and storytelling across locations.
Execute seasonal VM updates, promotions, and campaign rollouts in coordination with marketing and operations teams.
- Inventory and Fixture Planning
Ensure proper fixture allocation based on store size, assortment, and sales targets.
Coordinate with merchandising team for product allocation and display capacity.
Optimize space utilization to maximize sales productivity per store.
- Reporting and Documentation
Provide regular updates on project status, budgets, and timelines to management.
Maintain complete documentation of store designs, approvals, and supplier contracts.
Conduct post-opening evaluations and recommend improvements.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Information Technology or any related course
Must be a resident of Meycauayan or Marilao, Bulacan
