The Role

We are looking for a highly strategic, operationally strong, and creatively driven Marketing Supervisor to work closely with the Chief Marketing Officer in leading day-to-day marketing operations, traditional marketing and events, establishment collaborations, PR initiatives, influencer partnerships, B2B and creative production.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to balance leadership, execution, efficiency and creativity. You should be equally confident managing workflows, multitasking and timelines as you are brainstorming campaigns, handling influencers, refining creative assets, or launching offline activations that drive real business results.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the marketing department, including creatives, contents,events and campaign execution.

Translate executive marketing direction from the CMO into clear workflows, actionable deliverables, team priorities and other ad-hoc tasks needed.

Ensure projects are completed efficiently, on schedule, and aligned with brand standards.

Improve internal systems, communication, and creative processes to maximize productivity and output quality.

Manage ad-hoc campaigns, urgent priorities, and special projects as required by management.

Supervise the development of high-performing digital creatives for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms.

Provide hands-on support in video editing, creative troubleshooting, and content refinement when necessary.

Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Premiere Pro and After Effects, to review or enhance campaign materials.

Lead influencer and KOL campaigns from sourcing and negotiations to execution and performance monitoring.

Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, media partners, PR agencies, and brand ambassadors.

Plan and oversee media launches, press events, offline activations, and experiential campaigns.

Conceptualize and execute traditional marketing initiatives that generate measurable leads and customer conversions, including mall activations, brand partnerships, print placements, community events, and on-ground campaigns.

Lead innovative traditional marketing campaigns and offline activations designed to drive

high-quality lead generation, increase customer acquisition, and strengthen brand presence beyond digital platforms.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field.

35 years of experience in Marketing, PR, Brand Management, or Growth

Operations.

12 years of supervisory or team leadership experience.

Strong hands-on experience in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.

Background in beauty, cosmetics, skincare, lifestyle, or FMCG industries is highly preferred.

Strong understanding of influencer marketing, PR strategy, affiliate marketing and creative production workflows.

Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.

A strong network of media contacts, influencers, creators, talent managers or industry partners is an advantage.
