We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented
I.T. Technical Support professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining computer systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing IT support across company offices nationwide.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- With 12 years of experience in Technical Support, IT Helpdesk, or Support Engineering
- Strong knowledge in hardware, software, networking, troubleshooting, and system maintenance
- Experience in VPN, Firewall, PBX, and VoIP systems is an advantage
- Organized, patient, detail-oriented, and able to multitask efficiently
- Willing to learn and stay updated with new IT technologies and developments
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, printers, and scanners
- Monitor and maintain company computer systems and networks
- Provide timely technical support and resolve IT-related concerns
- Set up accounts and workstations for new users
- Troubleshoot and repair hardware and software issues
- Manage VPN, Firewall, PBX, and VoIP systems
- Provide technical support and consultation to different company offices nationwide
