Role Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced Executive Recruiter to lead high-impact searches for senior, specialized, and business-critical positions across multiple industries. This is a highly consultative recruitment role focused on quality, strategy, and partnership—not high-volume sourcing.
As an Executive Recruiter, you will work directly with founders, executives, and senior stakeholders to understand hiring needs, define ideal candidate profiles, and deliver top-tier talent. You will own the recruitment process end-to-end, from search strategy and candidate assessment through interview coordination, client advisory, and offer management.
This role is ideal for a recruiter with strong business acumen, excellent judgment, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced remote environment while maintaining a high standard of candidate and client experience.
Key Responsibilities
Client Partnership & Search Strategy
- Partner directly with clients to understand business goals, hiring priorities, and role requirements
- Advise clients on talent market conditions, compensation expectations, and hiring strategies
- Develop search strategies and define success profiles for executive, leadership, and specialized roles
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and hiring managers
Candidate Sourcing & Executive Assessment
- Source, identify, and engage high-caliber candidates across executive, leadership, and specialist functions
- Conduct in-depth interviews and evaluations focused on technical capability, leadership, communication, and cultural alignment
- Present highly vetted candidates with detailed endorsements, insights, and recommendations
- Maintain a strong network of passive and active talent across multiple industries
End-to-End Recruitment Ownership
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including:
- Role intake
- Market mapping
- Sourcing
- Screening
- Candidate presentation
- Interview coordination
- Offer support
- Closing
- Ensure timely communication and a seamless experience for both clients and candidates
- Maintain accurate recruitment documentation and pipeline visibility throughout each search
Stakeholder Communication & Advisory
- Act as a strategic hiring advisor throughout the recruitment process
- Provide regular updates, market feedback, and hiring recommendations to clients
- Support offer negotiations and closing discussions when required
- Proactively identify risks, challenges, and opportunities within active searches
Requirements
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in executive recruitment, senior-level hiring, or specialized talent acquisition
- Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes independently
- Strong interviewing, candidate assessment, and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple high-priority searches simultaneously in a remote environment
- Professional, consultative, and relationship-driven approach to recruitment
