Job Overview
J&T Cargo is looking for a reliable and technically skilled
IT Technical Support Specialist to support daily IT operations across office and logistics environments. The role is responsible for troubleshooting hardware, network, CCTV, printer, and system-related concerns to ensure smooth business operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and maintain computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment
- Install, configure, and support WiFi, network devices, routers, and internet connections
- Monitor and maintain CCTV systems and related devices
- Provide technical support for office and warehouse users
- Perform hardware and software installation, upgrades, and troubleshooting
- Respond to IT-related concerns and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Maintain IT inventory and equipment records
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers when necessary
- Ensure proper system functionality and minimize operational downtime
- Assist in setting up workstations, user accounts, and company devices
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or vocational course in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- At least 1 year of experience in IT support, technical support, or infrastructure support is an advantage
- Fresh graduates with strong technical knowledge are welcome to apply
Knowledgeable in
- Computer troubleshooting
- Printer setup and repair
- CCTV systems
- Network/WiFi troubleshooting
- Windows operating systems
- Basic knowledge in routers, switches, and LAN/WAN setup is an advantage
- Willing to do onsite and field support when needed
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced logistics environment
