Partnering with store hiring managers to determine, calibrate and maintain staffing needs including the criteria and job description of the positions.
Conducting end to end recruitment which includes:
Posting of job ads to various job posting platforms,
Sourcing and screening of resumes/cv,
Administering interviews to create shortlist of qualified candidates,
Endorsing qualified candidates to hiring managers for interview,
Monitoring and following up of the interview process and status.
Administering appropriate company assessments, reference and background checks.
Conducting job offers and discussion of employer information, details and benefits.
Lead the planning, coordination and execution of job fairs, PESO fairs and community-based recruitment events.
Build partnerships with local government units (LGUs), schools, PESO offices, and recruitment agencies to expand sourcing channels.
Assist the Recruitment Lead in developing and implementing manpower sourcing strategies tailored to store operations, seasonal demands, and site-specific requirements.
Supervise store recruitment members, ensuring adherence to hiring protocols and compliance standards.
Tracks and updates current trends and information regarding the company's organization structure, personnel policy, and local laws regarding employment practices.
Monitor and analyze recruitment store operations KPIs, including updating of recruitment reports, databases including employment activity in a timely and accurate manner.

Performs other job-related tasks that may be assigned by his/her immediate superior from time to time.
