🎯 Lead, manage, and inspire a team of recruiters to consistently achieve hiring targets and service delivery expectations
📈 Drive end-to-end recruitment strategies across multiple roles and business functions
🤝 Partner closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand workforce requirements and deliver effective hiring solutions
📊 Monitor recruitment pipelines, team productivity, and hiring metrics to identify trends and improve performance
🛠️ Establish and optimize recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and candidate experience initiatives
🌱 Provide coaching, mentoring, and ongoing development support to team members
⚡ Handle escalations, resolve recruitment challenges, and ensure smooth hiring operations
👥 Conduct interviews for critical or senior-level positions and support key hiring decisions
📋 Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, procedures, and employment regulations
✅ 8+ years of recruitment experience with at least 2–3 years in a people leadership or supervisory role
✅ Strong experience managing recruitment teams in fast-paced, high-volume, or BPO/shared services environments
✅ Proven track record of consistently delivering against hiring targets and recruitment KPIs
✅ Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams
✅ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership capabilities
✅ Experience using ATS platforms, recruitment tools, and data-driven hiring approaches
✅ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
✅ Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality and speed of hiring
