This is not an execution role. You won't be handed timestamps or told what footage to pull. You'll read a brief, make strong editorial calls, and ship high-performing paid social creatives at volume across Meta and TikTok.
The creative strategists own the concept and messaging. You own the pacing, footage selection, hook strength, platform feel, and variations fast enough to fuel aggressive testing cycles.
This is a fully remote, full-time role.

WHAT YOU’RE GETTING INTO
This role is centered around producing and improving high-performing paid social creatives at scale.
You will:
- Edit direct-response video ads for Meta, TikTok, and paid social placements using AI UGC, testimonials, product demos, B-roll, and creator footage
- Apply direct-response editing principles, including hooks, pacing, retention management, CTA placement, and conversion-focused sequencing
- Create multiple creative variations across hooks, pacing, visuals, CTAs, and angles to support testing cycles
- Independently interpret creative briefs and select the strongest footage and visuals for each concept
- Produce platform-native creative optimized for Reels, TikTok feeds, Shorts, and paid placements
- Use AI-assisted workflows for voiceovers, captioning, B-roll generation, and creative optimization
- Source music, overlays, stock footage, and supporting assets that improve engagement and conversion performance
- Collaborate closely with Creative Strategists, media buyers, and founders to improve creative quality and performance outcomes
- Deliver high-volume creative output while maintaining strong quality and fast turnaround times
WHO YOU ARE
- You have experience editing direct-response or paid social ads for Meta, TikTok, or YouTube Shorts for high-spend DTC ecommerce brands.
- You understand direct-response editing deeply, including hooks, pacing, retention, engagement flow, and conversion-focused storytelling
- You have experience with motion graphics, VSLs, or AI-generated creative workflows
- You are familiar with performance metrics like hook rate, hold rate, thumbstop rate, CTR, and creative fatigue
- You can independently turn a creative brief into a polished ad without needing every shot pre-selected
- You have strong instincts for Reels/TikTok-native editing styles and modern paid social creative
- You are proficient with Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Frame.io, Slack, and Google Drive
- You are comfortable using AI-assisted editing workflows and emerging creative production tools
- You can manage high creative output without sacrificing quality or attention to detail
- You communicate clearly, take feedback professionally, and thrive in fast-moving remote environments
- You are fluent in English
