Job Summary
The position is primarily responsible for providing support in the development and execution of internal programs, communication campaigns, and change initiatives. The position is also responsible for coordinating program tasks, preparing communication materials, and assisting with employee engagement and change readiness activities across assigned programs.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Program and Coordination
- Supports the planning and execution of program for Corporate Services.
- Monitors and evaluates the program to identify areas for improvement.
- Recommends enhancement of programs based on evaluation.
- Maintains effective communication and collaboration with CSG units to deliver these programs.
- Internal Communication Support
- Drafts internal memos and communication materials.
- Assist in preparing presentation decks, infographics, or posters.
- Help coordinate distribution of communication materials across teams and platforms.
- Support message testing and basic surveys for employee feedback.
- Coordinates logistics and information about new executive hires
Qualifications
- Graduate of any Social Science or Communication-related course
- At least one (1) year of work-related experience
- Knowledgeable in Program Management
- Amenable to work in Makati
