We are looking for a result-oriented HR Assistant to manage our recruitment activities and processes. The main goal is to hire the right candidates on-time to cover our hiring needs and meet our long-term objectives.
Duties & Responsibilities
Source, screen, and interview potential candidates.
Administer exam to applicants.
Conduct background investigation.
Facilitate the deployment of newly-hired employees that includes company orientation and new members assimilation program
Initiate appropriate marketing strategies like use of Social Media to attract job applicants to apply and pursue job application in the company
Source candidates for vacant positions using various sourcing strategies (social media, internal referrals, search firms, manpower agencies, etc.)
Qualifications
Graduate of Bachelor's/College degree in Psychology, Human Resource, or equivalent.
At least two (2) years of relevant experience in recruitment and selection (end to end process)
Excellent English communication skills - both oral and written
Knowledgeable with social media and online recruitment platforms
