  • We are looking for a result-oriented HR Assistant to manage our recruitment activities and processes. The main goal is to hire the right candidates on-time to cover our hiring needs and meet our long-term objectives.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and interview potential candidates.
  • Administer exam to applicants.
  • Conduct background investigation.
  • Facilitate the deployment of newly-hired employees that includes company orientation and new members assimilation program
  • Initiate appropriate marketing strategies like use of Social Media to attract job applicants to apply and pursue job application in the company
  • Source candidates for vacant positions using various sourcing strategies (social media, internal referrals, search firms, manpower agencies, etc.)

Qualifications

  • Graduate of Bachelor's/College degree in Psychology, Human Resource, or equivalent.
  • At least two (2) years of relevant experience in recruitment and selection (end to end process)
  • Excellent English communication skills - both oral and written
  • Knowledgeable with social media and online recruitment platforms
  • Strong interpersonal and multitasking skills
  • Highly proficient in computer application
  • Result-oriented
