Job Purpose -

Lead the processes of Order to Serve, warehousing and distribution ensuring complete alignment with the expectations of the business, those of our customers and adherence to policies internal and to the established budget. This position is critical as it is a key element in achieving our vision of being the preferred business partner for our clients.

Reporting Line

The position will report directly to the PH CHC Supply Chain Head and will be located in Philippines.

Key Tasks And Accountabilities

  • Ensure the process that the Inbound process is done correctly. (KPI: Lead Time of entry)
  • Order Management process that includes order taking, order acceptance, delivery generation. (KPI: Dispatch Rate / Order Cycle Time)
  • Picking / packing and distribution process in a timely manner (KPI: OTIF / Order Cycle Time)
  • 3PL management under the established budget (KPI: expense vs budget)
  • Ensure that the standards are met for the storage and distribution of products (KPI: Findings in audits)
  • Management of customer complaints and reverse logistics of products. (KPI: number of claims / number of claims closed on time)
  • Generate joint planning (JBP) with key clients to generate value for both the client and the business
  • Execution with excellence of the product allocation plan for customers
  • Execution of the maquilas plan
