Coordinate end-to-end Learning & Development activities, including training logistics, attendance tracking, session facilitation, and post-training follow-ups.
Facilitate onboarding and foundational learning sessions covering company values, employee engagement, and L&D topics.
Conduct research to improve training materials, activities, learner engagement strategies, and learning content.
Maintain accurate training records, certifications, feedback, and reporting documentation.
Collect, analyse, and report training feedback to identify trends and improve future learning initiatives.
Prepare reports and summaries on training participation, effectiveness, and learning impact.
Support virtual and in-person training operations, including scheduling, logistics, and stakeholder coordination.
Assist in Training Needs Analysis (TNA) by identifying skill gaps and recommending relevant learning opportunities.
Collaborate with departments to communicate training schedules, updates, and learning initiatives effectively.
Contribute to team projects, process improvements, policy updates, SOP documentation, and other assigned initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Education, or a related field with a minimum 3.0 GPA (preferred).
6 months to 1 year of relevant experience, including internships, academic projects, or exposure to HR, Learning & Development, coordination, or training support.
Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
Good organizational, coordination, and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
Basic understanding of reporting, data analysis, and feedback interpretation with strong attention to detail.
Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to summarize information and generate insights.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Interest in Learning & Development, employee engagement, organizational development, or adult learning practices is preferred.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and professional in handling communication and sensitive information.
