Pros: As an Associate Consultant here, the base salary is pretty decent for the Singapore office. I've heard some other IT consulting firms pay less, so it's not bad. They also offer a pretty solid hybrid model, which is nice for a good work-life balance.
Cons: The benefits package isn't great, especially the health insurance; it's pretty basic compared to what bigger tech projects offer. Bonuses are also quite small, don't really feel like they reward extra effort. I wish they'd review compensation beyond just base pay.
Advice to Management: Seriously look into enhancing the benefits package, especially health insurance and the bonus structure. A more competitive total compensation package would make a big difference for employee retention.

Pros: Job security feels decent here, especially if you're good at client projects. As an Associate Consultant, I always had something lined up. The IT consulting market in Singapore seems strong, which helps keep the pipeline full.
Cons: It's project-based, so there's always a slight worry about gaps between assignments. For consulting roles, your job security really depends on staying billable. Management could be more transparent about the long-term pipeline across APAC.
Advice to Management: Be more upfront about the project pipeline and long-term strategy, especially regarding job security. It would help ease concerns for us in IT consulting roles. Invest more in employee development not tied directly to current client projects.

Pros: You learn so much working on varied client projects as a Business Analyst. It's good for picking up new skills in IT consulting. The hybrid model in Singapore offers some flexibility.
Cons: Career growth here is pretty vague, honestly. There's no real structured path for promotion or development for my role. You've gotta really push for opportunities yourself.
Advice to Management: Create clearer career progression frameworks for roles like Business Analysts. Implement formal mentorship programs to help employees grow. This would really help with retention in a competitive IT consulting market in Singapore.
