About the project:
Our client is a US-based enterprise company operating in the online advertising space. They provide advanced analytics and solutions to ensure digital ad quality, performance, and security for leading global brands.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering (any programming language)
- Proven leadership or managerial experience
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and their practical applications
- Hands-on experience with AI solutions and system architecture design
- Experience in driving technical strategy and process improvements
- Upper-intermediate or higher English level
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor engineering teams, driving best practices and high performance
- Evaluate and restructure R&D processes to improve efficiency and collaboration
- Identify opportunities for AI implementation across the business
- Design and oversee the development of AI-driven solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical initiatives with business goals
- Drive innovation and promote a data-driven culture within the organisation
