Administrative

1. Office Management

• Oversee day-to-day office operations, including maintenance, supplies, and equipment.
• Manage office budgets and expenses.

2. Vendor Management

• Liaise with vendors and suppliers for office-related services and supplies.
• Negotiate contracts / agreements when necessary and ensure cost-effectiveness.

3. Travel and Event Coordination

• Arrange travel and accommodation for employees and visitors.
• Assist in planning and coordinating company events and meetings.

4. Documentation & Procedure Compliance

• Maintain administrative records, such as contracts, invoices, and correspondence.
• Ensure that administrative processes and procedures are in compliance with company policies and regulations.

5. Facilities Management

• Ensure a safe and productive work environment for employees.
• Coordinate maintenance activities and repairs for office facilities and equipment.

• Manage and optimize production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met.

• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with procurement, supply chain, quality assurance, and other departments to streamline workflows.
• Lead efforts for continuous improvement, cost reduction, and process innovation.
• Oversee staff management, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Manage operational budgets and oversee resource allocation.
• Act as a liaison between senior management and operational teams, providing regular updates and reports.
