The main task of the Sales/Senior Sales Engineer is to develop sales from building

relationship and understand customers requirement to sell our products :-

1. Identify new business opportunities and develop new customers to sell the products

that we represent. Products like proximity sensors, filters, conveyors, laboratory

supplies & instruments, UV curing machines, ultraslow freezer, pumps, motors,

switches, light indicators, batteries, torque drivers, fabrication.

2. Support existing customers enquiries, purchase orders, deliveries and issues or

feedback.

3. Provide sales and first level technical support to all customers’ enquiries.

4. Manage partners and liaise with colleagues to achieve customers’ expectations and

requirements.

5. Understand customers’ needs and competitors’ in order to develop strategy to win

sales.

Prefer Sales with experience in dc/ac motors, sensors, drives, pumps, switches, IO & motion

controllers, conveyors, or automation related products. Internal training or from our

principals and partners to equip individual with competent product knowledge .

• To handle account data entry such as GL, AR & AP are correctly recorded and prepared on a timely basis.
• To ensure timely closing of monthly & yearly management account for submission to audit.
• To analysis of costing and ensuring all cost are identified and recorded accurately.
• Control and manages end-to-end financial processes in support of the account which includes collections, payment, monthly close activities and balance sheet reconciliation.
• To assist monthly payroll preparation and verify all statutory correspondence PCB, EPF, SOCSO, EIS.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Responsible for designing, planning, and supervising construction projects, focusing on structural integrity, safety, and compliance with regulations.

• Prepare civil and structural drawings and calculations.

• Client & Stakeholder Engagement

• Present technical solutions and updates to Client, stakeholders and project team.
• Support tender preparation and documentation.

Qualification & Experience:

• Min 5 years working experience as Civil Engineering and related experience, under property/ construction and development industry.
• Degree in Civil Engineering, or equivalent. Professional Engineer (PE) status is an advantage.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Bukit Mertajam and willing to travel.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English
• Strong understanding of construction standards, codes, and regulatory compliance.

• Supervise the safe custody, retrieval and updating of personnel files and records.
• To follow up on all industrial accident cases in the company.
• To liaise with SOCSO on any industrial accident claim.
• To ensure that all training claims with Human Resources Development Council are being followed up.

• To attend to the foreign workers’ welfare needs in accordance to common practices within Malaysian law.
• To ensure that the general office areas, reception, telecommunication and office equipment are well maintained and in serviceable conditions.
• To organize and ensure maintenance and good housekeeping of the company’s property.
• Issue insurance for transshipment of roller to supplier site
• Handle risk insurance and insurance claims
• Assist the HR Manager in monitoring guard tour patrol report, schedules and assignments of security guards.
• Handle maintenance of company vehicles, application of transfer ownership, petrol card, renewal of car insurance & road tax.
• To handle maintenance of company property & tenancy agreement.
• To handle maintenance of office building (pest control, hygiene service, repair & maintenance) and office equipment
• Liaise with government authorities (Majlis Pembandaran , Jabatan Alam Sekitar, Pengarah Tanah dan Galian, Malaysian Investment Development Authority)
