Tanggungjawab Kerja

1. Tanggungjawab Reka Bentuk & Kejuruteraan

• Mereka bentuk semula gambar rajah garisan tunggal (SLD), skema, pengiraan beban dan saiz kabel.

2. Perancangan & Penyelarasan Projek

• Menyelaras dengan disiplin lain (awam, mekanikal) untuk memastikan reka bentuk bersepadu.
• Menghadiri mesyuarat reka bentuk, taklimat pelanggan dan perbincangan teknikal.
• Semak spesifikasi projek dan selaraskan dengan keperluan pelanggan.
• Sediakan garis masa projek dan pantau kemajuan projek.

3. Penyeliaan & Pelaporan Tapak

• Menjalankan lawatan tapak untuk memantau kerja-kerja pemasangan.
• Pastikan kerja mematuhi lukisan dan spesifikasi yang diluluskan.
• Menghadiri mesyuarat tapak dan menyelesaikan masalah teknikal.

Job Details:

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities (BQ) for construction projects.
• Evaluate tender documents, analyse quotations, and assist in tender preparation and award recommendations.

• Prepare interim progress claims, final accounts, and variation orders.
• Conduct site measurements and valuation of work done.

• Sediakan tuntutan kemajuan interim, akaun akhir dan perintah variasi.
• Menjalankan pengukuran tapak dan penilaian kerja yang telah dilakukan.
