Job scope:

• Create social media visuals for Instagram, Facebook and Rednote
• Design posters, ads, brochures, menus and marketing materials
• Work closely with the content team to understand brand direction
• Develop mood boards and visual concepts for new client onboarding
• Contribute to branding work: logos, color palettes, typography systems
• Ensure all designs meet platform specifications and brand guidelines

Quality & Process

• Deliver work on time according to the content calendar and deadlines
• Apply feedback from Creative Director and clients professionally
• Conduct self-QA before submission check sizes, spelling, and visual hierarchy
• Keep design files organised and properly named for easy retrieval

Must-Have

• Minimum 1 year of design experience (agency, freelance, or in-house)
• Strong Adobe Illustrator skills — ability to build professional designs from scratch

ROLE DESCRIPTION

The Assistant to Finance & Accounts Manager will support the daily operations of the Finance & Accounts Department.
