Job Scope:

1. Counter & Customer Service Operations

• Attend to members' and customers' inquiries professionally and courteously.

About the job

The opening is a full time permanent position at junior executive level. Reporting to Senior Accounts Executive and/or Finance Manager, the role will work in close liaison with both the reconciliation and accounts receivable teams.  

The main purpose of the positions is to provide assistance and support to the Finance Manager in relevant aspects AR and AP of accounting functions such as purchase and sales ledger maintenance, processing invoices, supplier reconciliation, bank reconciliation, inventory management and pricing. ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for a Legal Counsel to serve as a key legal partner to the business as PolicyStreet continues to scale across Southeast Asia.

This role will work closely with senior leadership to support commercial partnerships, regulatory matters, and strategic initiatives across the group, including our reinsurance arm Polisea Re.

You will operate as a trusted legal advisor to the business, helping structure partnerships, manage legal risk, and enable innovative insurance solutions in a fast-moving regulatory environment.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Strategic Legal Advisory

• Act as a trusted legal partner to business leaders, providing pragmatic legal advice that enables commercial objectives while managing risk.

• Identify legal risks early and propose practical, business-oriented solutions.

Commercial Contracts & Partnerships

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements including:
