YOUR MISSION _________

RETAIL SALES DEVELOPMENT:

• Take ownership of sell-in executive for the brands.
• Monitor sales on daily basis and follow up with retail staff to ensure consistency of customer service delivery and to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Plan and execute trade activations to support new launches and brand’s key bets such as animations, beauty workshops and events for both Sephora.
• Work closely with marketing team for new launch product forecasting to ensure sufficient stocks to achieve sell-in and sell-out targets
• Provide weekly and monthly sales results analysis for both sell-in and sell-out and develop strategies and action plans to improve performance and close the sales gap between actual vs budget.

• Monitor stocks inventory weekly to ensure all top best-selling SKUs have sufficient stocks in all stores. Work closely with brand coordinator and Sephora teams for new launch first sell-in and monthly stocks replenishment in a timely manner.
• Develop, coordinate, and plan trade activities and trade mechanics across Sephora top doors and aim at achieving launch objectives and to boost sales during slow period.

Operational Core Responsibilities

1. Oversee and ensure effective execution of rooftop solar maintenance activities (planned and unplanned) in line with contractual scope of work, service level agreements (SLA), and compliance to SOPs.

• University Degree holder in Marketing, communications or any related discipline preferred

• Process insurance claims promptly and accurately, adhering to company policies and procedures.

The role

As a Senior Finance Executive within our General Ledger function, you will play a key role in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of our accounting operations for the Singapore entity. Beyond managing day-to-day GL activities, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of accounting processes and support the development of the broader regional finance team.

We are seeking a meticulous Accounts Receivable Executive with a deep understanding of the direct selling landscape to join our Finance team at PRISM+ Malaysia. As we scale our direct sales division, we need a finance professional who can navigate the complexities of high-volume individual transactions, automated payment gateways, and agent commission offsets. This individual will be responsible for ensuring that the lifeblood of our cash flow—incoming monthly payments from customers which must be recorded accurately and reconciled daily/monthly. If you are a detail-oriented professional who thrives in fast-paced environments where every cent counts, you will play a critical role in maintaining the financial integrity of our growth.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to

• High-Volume Reconciliation: Perform daily reconciliation of incoming payments from various sources (E-wallets, FPX, touch and go, credit cards, and bank transfers) against invoices
• Commission-to-Debt Reconciliation: Calculate monthly agent commission entitlements and execute automated offsets to recover outstanding product balances, ensuring all AR aging is cleared before payouts.
• Agent Account Auditing: Monitor individual agent/customers ledgers to identify payment discrepancies, failed transactions, or unauthorized credit requests.
• DSO Management: Actively track and reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) by implementing proactive reminder systems for agents with outstanding product balances.
• Dispute Resolution: Professionally handle billing inquiries and payment disputes from independent representatives, ensuring high service standards to maintain a positive sales force relationship.
• Reporting & Analysis: Prepare weekly aging reports and cash flow forecasts to give the Country Director and Finance Director visibility into the liquidity of the direct selling arm.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an Accounts Receivable role, ideally within a direct selling industry
• Proven experience working within a Direct Selling structure is highly preferred, with a strong understanding of member-based financial flows/monthly recurring collection flows.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia to effectively communicate with a diverse agent base across West Malaysia.
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of ERP systems.
• Excel Power User: Exceptional ability to manage large datasets using pivot tables and VLOOKUPs to match payments against sales orders.
• Analytical Mindset: Strong attention to detail to catch minute anomalies in high-volume transaction logs before they impact the month-end close

• At least 3 years experience in system administration, cloud administration or IT networking.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experienced with system and cloud administration (e.g., Windows, Linux, AWS, Kubernetes).
• Experienced with networking.
• Experienced with Python or other high-level programming languages.
• Familiarity with Bash scripting.
• Familiarity with database administration and SQL is a plus.
• Prior experience as an application field engineer or a customer success engineer is an advantage.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.

PURPOSE OF THE FUNCTION

The Executive, Facilities Management is responsible for ensuring the safe, reliable, compliant, and efficient operation of all building operation systems within the shopping mall, including fire alarm, CCTV, card access, PA, plumbing, electrical, toilet equipment, electrical distribution. The role supports business continuity, tenant satisfaction, asset performance, and full compliance with statutory and operational standards.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsible

1. Execute and oversee daily operations and maintenance of M&E systems to ensure optimal performance, safety, and minimal downtime.
2. Supervise contractors and vendors for M&E works, ensuring compliance with scope, specifications, safety requirements, and quality standards.
3. Monitor and upgrade preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance programs for all M&E systems.
4. Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements (DOSH, Bomba, Suruhanjaya Tenaga, OSHA, IKANO) through inspections and audits.
5. Prepare, review, and maintain maintenance records, technical reports, and documentation for audit and management purposes.
6. Monitor and manage work orders via CMMS (e.g., Yardi) to ensure timely execution and closure.
7. Coordinate and respond to tenants and internal teams to resolve M&E-related issues and ensure service continuity, and attend management, departmental, and cross-functional meetings.
8. Attend fit-out pre-opening inspection, event inspection and conduct routine inspections of electrical and mechanical systems to identify defects, risks, and improvement opportunities.
9. Support project works, upgrading, and system improvement initiatives related to M&E services.
10. Support energy management and sustainability initiatives, including monitoring of electrical consumption and system efficiency.
11. To transfer technical knowledge, operational procedures, and best practices from Executive-level staff to Technicians, ensuring consistent performance, safety compliance, and skill development.

Accountable

1. Ensure the overall performance, reliability, and availability of M&E systems including electrical distribution, HVAC, MV systems, plumbing, fire protection, lifts, and escalators.
2. Compliance with statutory and safety requirements including Local Authorities, DOSH, Bomba, Suruhanjaya Tenaga, OSHA, and MyTOWN SOPs.
3. Planning, execution, and effectiveness of preventive maintenance programs for M&E systems.
4. Management of M&E breakdowns, fault response, and minimization of operational and tenant impact.
5. Asset lifecycle management, energy efficiency performance, and maintenance cost control.

Contribute

1. Provide technical input for M&E system upgrades, retrofitting, and asset replacement planning.
2. Support Assistant Manager in maintenance planning, budgeting, and cost optimization.
3. Contribute to root cause analysis (RCA) and continuous improvement of M&E system reliability.
4. Support coordination during mall events, peak periods, and emergency situations.
5. Assist in improving SOPs, maintenance procedures, and safety practices for M&E operations.
