Ringkasan Kedudukan

• Pengurus Kawalan Pengeluaran bertanggungjawab merancang, menyelaras dan mengawal semua penjadualan pengeluaran, kawalan bahan dan aktiviti kemajuan projek untuk projek pemasangan peralatan pembersihan semikonduktor.
• Jawatan ini memainkan peranan penting dalam memastikan operasi pemasangan yang lancar, penghantaran tepat pada masanya dan penggunaan sumber yang cekap di samping memenuhi keperluan kualiti, kos dan pelanggan. Pengurus akan bekerjasama rapat dengan pasukan perolehan, kejuruteraan, gudang, jaminan kualiti, pengurusan projek, pelanggan Jepun dan Ibu Pejabat Jepun untuk menyelaras jadual pengeluaran dan pelaksanaan projek.

Tanggungjawab Utama

1. Perancangan & Penjadualan Pengeluaran

Membangun dan mengurus jadual pengeluaran induk untuk projek pemasangan peralatan pembersihan semikonduktor.

Menyelaras peruntukan tenaga kerja dan pemuatan pengeluaran berdasarkan keutamaan projek dan keperluan penghantaran pelanggan.

Pantau kemajuan pengeluaran harian dan laraskan jadual untuk meminimumkan kelewatan dan kesesakan.

Mengeluarkan dan mengawal arahan kerja pengeluaran dan jadual pemasangan.

2. Kawalan Bahan & Pengurusan Inventori

Berkoordinasi dengan pasukan perolehan dan gudang untuk memastikan ketersediaan bahan tepat pada masanya.

Pantau kekurangan bahan, kelewatan penghantaran, lebihan inventori dan risiko bekalan.

Mengurus jadual pemasangan dan kesediaan bahan untuk operasi pemasangan.

Meningkatkan ketepatan inventori dan menyokong aktiviti kawalan stok.

3. Penyelarasan Projek & Komunikasi Pelanggan

Bekerja rapat dengan pengurus projek dan pasukan kejuruteraan untuk menyelaraskan jadual pengeluaran dengan pencapaian pelanggan.

Menyelaras jadual pengeluaran dan pelan penghantaran dengan pelanggan Jepun dan Ibu Pejabat Jepun.

Menyokong pelarasan pengeluaran sebagai tindak balas kepada perubahan spesifikasi, perubahan keutamaan atau permintaan penghantaran segera dari Jepun.

Sertai mesyuarat berkala dengan Ibu Pejabat Jepun dan pelanggan untuk melaporkan status pengeluaran, risiko dan tindakan pemulihan.

4. Pemantauan Pengeluaran & Pengurusan KPI

5. Penambahbaikan Berterusan

Memimpin aktiviti penambahbaikan berterusan dalam perancangan pengeluaran dan pengurusan aliran bahan.

Menetapkan dan menyelenggara SOP untuk proses kawalan pengeluaran.

Menggalakkan Pembuatan Lean, 5S, dan aktiviti peningkatan kecekapan operasi.

6. Penyelarasan Merentas Fungsi

Bertindak sebagai tetingkap penyelarasan antara pasukan pengeluaran, pembelian, kejuruteraan, QA/QC, gudang dan logistik.

Meningkatkan risiko pengeluaran kritikal dan mencadangkan langkah balas kepada pihak pengurusan.

7. Pengurusan Pasukan

1. Fleet Runner Planning & Daily Coordination

• Support the Fleet Supervisor in planning and coordinating daily activities of fleet runners, including:

The Market risk team at LDC is responsible for producing quantitative market risk metrics along with qualitative assessment of potential risks to the company portfolio due to changes in market conditions. You will work closely with traders, risk managers, and other stakeholders to provide analysis, report risk metrics, and develop insights into market movements.

Main Responsibilities:

• Independently run and validate daily Market Risk calculations, including VaR and key risk metrics, ensuring data integrity, model stability, and timely delivery.
• Perform first-level analysis of VaR movements, identifying key drivers (price, positions, volatility) and escalating material changes with clear explanations to Management or Platform Risk Managers.

• Review and assess alerts generated by our transaction monitoring and screening systems. Require a good level of analytical skill to detect unusual or suspicious transactions and escalate potential hits. Analysts may also be required to send requests for further information from customers.
• Analyse transaction data to identify trends & patterns in transactions that may signify suspicious or fraudulent activities, using data and transaction monitoring tools.
• Collaborate with other key business functions to ensure a smooth end-to-end internal process to achieve customer satisfaction and safeguard the company’s and users’ interests.
• Perform any other ad-hoc legal/compliance duties.

You Are

• Compliance & Risk enthusiast – you have racked up at least 2 - 3 years of experience in a Financial Crime, AML/CTF or Fraud Risk role, ideally within the financial services or payment industry. Relevant knowledge on payments-related regulations in Malaysia & Australia will be a plus. 
• Analytical & detail-oriented thinker – you possess excellent problem-solving skills with demonstrated experience in solving complex business problems with analytical thinking. You have the natural tendency to always focus on details and hate to miss out on specifics.
• Travel enthusiast – you are a passionate traveller and understand the psychology of travellers, in particular when it comes to overseas spending behaviour and its associated risks.
• Fearless self-starter – you are not afraid to suggest and implement new initiatives to tackle complex business issues, as long as the rationale is logical and sound. You do not mind getting your hands dirty in order to get things done on a tight timeline.

• Ensure arrival notices are communicated to overseas and customers
• Ensure accurate and timely client and vendors billing
• Interact with our customers in arranging their international shipments, meeting customer

• Contribute to maintain good relationships with suppliers (Airline carriers, trucking companies and others involved)
• Meet compliance at all times to regulations internal and external in accordance with government regulations
• Understand department process flow, and looking for best practices to improve operational efficiency and productivity
• Ensure all customers standard operating procedures in place and updated in the DLSOPs
• Meet KPI standards in accordance with the Company’s procedures
• Overseas communications, timely responses to emails and requests (internal and external)
• Escalation of problems to Management when necessary
• Take on additional assignment as required, supporting company needs.
