Pros: The health insurance here is actually really good, which is a big plus. As a Junior Accountant, I appreciated the decent 401k match after my first year. It's a big corporate company, so benefits packages tend to be pretty comprehensive.
Cons: Base pay for these entry-level accounting roles isn't super competitive, especially in the Dallas office. Raises are usually pretty small, making it tough to really feel like you're advancing. You can't expect much salary negotiation when starting.
Advice to Management: Re-evaluate base salaries for early career positions within the corporate finance teams. It's hard to attract and keep top talent in this competitive market with the current compensation structure.
