Pros: The standard 40-hour work week is usually respected, which is good. I could often leave on time from the Kuala Lumpur office. It's nice not being constantly bugged after hours.
Cons: During peak times in supply chain operations, especially as a Logistics Coordinator, things get pretty tough. You'll find yourself staying late often, and there's not much work flexibility for onsite roles. It definitely impacts your personal life then.
Advice to Management: Try to better manage workloads during peak supply chain periods. Providing more support or clearer off-hours expectations for onsite roles would really help improve employee morale.
