Pros: The base salary for my Operations Executive role was competitive for a mid-sized company in the Kuala Lumpur logistics industry. I got a small annual bonus most years, which was nice. Pay day was always on time.
Cons: The health insurance plan isn't very comprehensive, which is a concern. There aren't many other perks or allowances, so the overall benefits package feels pretty basic. I didn't see much room for significant salary increases unless I got a promotion.
Advice to Management: Look into improving the benefits package, especially health coverage, to attract and retain talent. More competitive allowances would also help improve employee satisfaction.
