Pros: As a Sales Associate at TIM Brasil, the base pay for my role in the telecommunications industry was pretty competitive. Commissions for hitting targets were also decent, which really helped boost my overall income in the Rio de Janeiro office.
Cons: The benefits package, though, it's just okay. The health insurance wasn't top-tier, and I felt the pension plan contributions were a bit low compared to other big corporate companies. Work from home options were also quite limited for my role.
Advice to Management: Focus on enhancing the health benefits and retirement plans. It would really help with employee retention and attracting new talent in this competitive telecom market.
