Decent work-life balance for a growing tech company
Pros: I've had pretty good work-life balance as a Software Engineer here. The hybrid work model is nice, letting me split time between the Boston office and remote days. Projects in the cybersecurity platform space are engaging, but deadlines are usually reasonable.
Cons: Sometimes there's a crunch, especially around big releases. You might find yourself putting in extra hours on data analytics initiatives. It's not always a strict 40-hour week for engineering roles.
Advice to Management: Try to smooth out those crunch periods more consistently. Better project planning could help prevent last-minute rushes.
