Pros: My direct manager was a solid leader, honestly. They really pushed for me as a Software Engineer and always had my back. The team in the Austin, TX office was super collaborative too, which made daily work decent.
Cons: It felt like senior leadership was often out of touch. There wasn't much clear guidance on long-term goals for the tech industry. This lack of vision often made career growth for engineering roles pretty fuzzy, which was frustrating.
Advice to Management: Senior leadership needs to be more visible and transparent. Give us a clear vision for where Newbridge is going, especially in the competitive tech market. Connect with the engineering teams more often.

Pros: I've gotten to work on some interesting projects in the software development space. The team in the Seattle office is pretty collaborative, which helps with learning new skills. There's good exposure to different tech stacks if you're proactive.
Cons: Promotions aren't very clear for us software engineers. It feels like you're stuck in the same spot for ages, even with good project performance. There isn't much formal mentorship to help you prepare for that next step.
Advice to Management: Newbridge needs to create clearer career paths for software engineers. Invest in more structured mentorship programs and be transparent about promotion criteria. It'll help retain talent.
