Pros: My colleagues in the Singapore office were mostly great people, always ready to help out on digital marketing projects. The hybrid work model is a solid plus, giving you some good work flexibility during the week.
Cons: Sometimes, the corporate culture feels a bit too top-down; decision-making can be slow. There's also some pressure with client deadlines, which can really eat into your work-life balance.
Advice to Management: Try to empower managers more so they can make decisions faster without so many layers of approval. Also, consider ways to ease pressure during peak client deadlines to help prevent burnout.
