Stable if you hit your numbers, tough otherwise
Pros: They've got a really stable client portfolio in the Singapore office, which helps. For a Recruitment Consultant, the commission structure can be good if you're hitting your targets. It feels secure if you're consistently performing.
Cons: The targets are always high, so there's constant pressure to perform. If you struggle to meet those numbers, job security can feel pretty shaky. It's not a relaxed corporate environment at all.
Advice to Management: Maybe offer a bit more support for consultants who are just missing targets, not just a sink-or-swim approach.

Fast-paced but decent culture for recruiters
Pros: The team in the Singapore office is pretty solid. Everyone helps each other, which is key in the competitive recruitment industry. You learn a lot if you're new to headhunting.
Cons: It's a very target-driven environment, so the pressure can be tough. Work-life balance as a Recruitment Consultant often takes a hit, especially during busy periods. Sometimes the vibe feels a bit too corporate.
