Decent Flexibility, But Room For Improvement
Pros: You get some hybrid work options here, which is nice. WFH is possible on certain days for roles like a Skills Development Executive. It's stable work, typical for the public sector.
Cons: The work flexibility isn't as strong as I've seen in some private tech companies. You're still expected to be in the Singapore office quite a bit. It's tough to adjust your own schedule sometimes.
Advice to Management: Consider trusting employees more with their schedules. We could really benefit from more autonomy on when and where we work, especially for desk-based roles.
