Pros: Some of the direct managers for us Data Center Technicians are solid. They really understand the day-to-day of data center operations. You feel supported by your immediate team when things get tough.
Cons: Upper management feels pretty disconnected from the onsite reality. There's a lack of clear strategic direction from the top. It can be frustrating when you need bigger decisions made.
Advice to Management: Listen more to the folks on the ground doing the actual work. Transparency from senior leadership about company goals would help a lot.
