Pros: It's a stable place to work, especially in the Singapore office. You get exposed to big digital transformation projects within the government tech space. The benefits package is pretty solid too, which is a plus.
Cons: Career growth for a Senior Executive can be really slow, often feeling stagnant. There aren't many clear paths upwards, especially if you're not in a core tech role. Promotion opportunities are pretty limited, and it's tough to move between departments sometimes.
Advice to Management: Management should really work on creating clearer career pathways and more opportunities for internal mobility. It'd help a lot with retaining talent, especially for experienced staff looking to grow.
