Pros: The teams are usually pretty collaborative. I've met some really smart folks here. It's a big tech company so there's good job stability.
Cons: As a Software Engineer, sometimes I felt pretty siloed within my immediate team. The hybrid work model is there, but some managers don't really embrace it, which makes things feel a bit disconnected. It can feel like old ways of thinking persist.
Advice to Management: Really lean into the hybrid model and encourage true flexibility across all teams. Foster more cross-functional events to break down silos.
