Fast-paced but job security is a concern
Pros: Working as a Software Engineer here gave me great exposure to cutting-edge drone technology. The team is really smart, and I learned a ton about autonomous flight systems. It's a fast-paced startup environment, which can be exciting.
Cons: Job security is a real problem. There's been a lot of turnover, especially in the Austin, TX office, and it feels like restructures happen often without much warning. It's hard to feel stable when things change so much.
Advice to Management: Focus on transparent communication, especially around company finances and future direction. The constant uncertainty about job security makes it tough for people to commit long-term. Stability would really help retain talent.

Hybrid model works for most tech roles
Pros: I really like the hybrid work option as a Software Engineer here. We usually come into the Tel Aviv office two or three days a week, which still leaves WFH days. It's a good balance for those of us in drone technology development.
Cons: If you're hoping for full remote work, this isn't it; they definitely expect you onsite. It feels like flexibility varies a lot between teams, especially for drone operations roles. Sometimes those required in-office days are tough to work around.
Advice to Management: Consider more flexible options for all teams, not just engineering. Maybe allow more choice in which days we're in the office. It would really improve overall satisfaction.
