Company Reviews

DASI is building the industry's most efficient spares spot market by connecting demand with genuine spares supply of all types, from sources around the globe.

With availability pressure stretching existing supply chains, end-users need a single, reliable source for as many of their parts requirements as possible. DASI connects high quality, cost saving new surplus and USM with factory new parts from its OEM and distributor partners, giving equal access to all market players. Participants can streamline sourcing practices – reducing administrative burden in procurement and finance, lowering material costs and liberating capital trapped in both core and underperforming inventory.

Whether you access the platform via our best-in-class e-commerce marketplace or through our expert sales and support teams in Miami, London and Singapore, you can be sure DASI has the part you need when you need it.

Leadership needs more vision and action
Pros: The job security for a defense contracting company is solid. Benefits are decent, and I've met some really good people on my team. The hybrid work model is fine, offering some work-life balance for Software Engineers.
Cons: Upper management often feels disconnected from daily operations in the Northern Virginia office. Decisions can take ages, and there's a lack of clear strategy. This makes it hard to see a clear career path or get real growth opportunities.
Advice to Management: Focus on developing leaders who can actually lead and communicate effectively. Get more feedback from the teams doing the work, especially in our IT consulting and software development groups. Transparency from the top would help a lot with morale.
