Pros: The team here is generally solid. You learn a ton about the digital payments space, especially as an Operations Associate. It's a true startup environment, so you get broad exposure.
Cons: Work-life balance is a real struggle; expect long hours in the Singapore office. The company culture can sometimes feel a bit disorganized and lacking clear direction. It's tough for a FinTech startup to maintain consistency.
