Pros: It's a pretty fast-paced digital media environment, which is cool for learning if you're a Content Strategist. The teams are generally supportive, and I've met some smart people working remotely from Singapore.
Cons: Leadership really struggles with providing a clear strategic direction for new initiatives. There's a lot of talk, but not much follow-through on big government tech news projects. It's tough to feel confident in the company's long-term plan.
Advice to Management: Management needs to define a clearer strategic roadmap and communicate it consistently. Invest in leadership training for guiding cross-functional teams, especially in a startup environment.
