Pros: The hybrid model is a big plus here. It's nice to have options for working from home sometimes. As a Software Engineer, I found that my direct team usually respected my personal hours, which helps.
Cons: But when project deadlines hit, it's pretty much all hands on deck. The pressure in the Singapore office can get intense for tech industry roles. It's tough to maintain that work-life balance then.
Advice to Management: Try to manage project scope better so engineering teams aren't always scrambling. Support the hybrid work model consistently across all departments.
