Marketing today has more dashboards than ever and less accountability than ever.
Every quarter, more spend. Every quarter, less clarity on what actually drove the revenue.

Launch Cycle exists to close that gap.

We are an AI-first digital marketing agency built around one belief: every dollar a brand spends should be traceable to a real business outcome. A booking. A sale. A new customer. Not a click, not a reach number, not a "brand uplift" you'll never confirm.

Our work starts where most agencies stop. Server-side tracking. First-party data infrastructure. Attribution that survives whatever the platforms ship next. Reservation systems, payment platforms, and CRMs wired directly into ad accounts so the numbers in your boardroom match the numbers in the ad manager.

On top of that foundation, we run the work. Paid media across every platform that matters. SEO, AEO, and GEO for organic visibility on Google and across AI search. Lifecycle marketing that turns first-time buyers into repeat ones. Creative built to earn the click.

We partner with founder-led brands across Singapore, India, Bahrain, and Dubai. Operators who care less about how busy the agency looks and more about what next month's P&L says.

The structured launch cycle is in the name for a reason. Plan. Prepare. Launch. Evaluate. Then do it again, smarter. Most agencies sell a one-time push. We compound.

If your brand's revenue depends on marketing working, we should talk.

Solid Base Pay for a Startup, Benefits Are Okay
Pros: As a Junior Software Engineer at Launch Cycle, I've got a pretty solid base salary, especially for an early-stage startup in the tech industry. It's not FAANG level, but it's competitive for Austin, TX.
Cons: The benefits package isn't great. Health insurance is pretty standard, and there aren't many perks beyond that. Stock options are limited, which is a bummer for a growing tech startup. We're mostly onsite, so WFH benefits aren't a thing.
Advice to Management: Look into improving the health benefits and offering more compelling stock options for employees. It'd really help with retention in this competitive tech market.
