Pros: For a Sales Associate, the base salary is actually pretty solid. What about earning potential? The commission structure in electronics distribution is decent, so you can do well if you hit your numbers.
Cons: The benefits package really isn't competitive. Health insurance plans are quite expensive, and the 401k match is pretty low. PTO also felt a bit stingy for a corporate environment in Chicago, IL.
