Pros: I got to work on some really interesting projects in the consulting industry. Senior consultants often provided solid mentorship, which was great for us junior analysts. The team environment in the Dhaka office was generally supportive, making daily tasks easier.
Cons: Leadership sometimes struggles with consistent communication, especially when project scopes shift. It's tough when direction changes suddenly without much warning. Career growth for strategic advisory roles isn't always super clear, which can be frustrating.
Advice to Management: Focus on consistent communication from the top down. Giving clearer roadmaps for career progression, especially for analysts and associates in the management consulting space, would really help people feel more secure about their future.
