Pros: The base salary for a Curriculum Developer is pretty decent, especially if you're early in your career in the lifelong learning industry. They offer solid health insurance and the public transport subsidy helps a lot since we're in Singapore.
Cons: Bonuses are really minimal, almost non-existent for my role. I feel like other companies, even similar mid-sized organizations, offer better dental and vision plans. The annual salary increases aren't that competitive, either.
Advice to Management: Seriously look at the market rates for our industry in Singapore, especially for experienced Curriculum Developers. Boosting the annual bonus structure and improving the dental/vision benefits would make a huge difference for retention.
